No system can guarantee absolute security. Client acknowledges that transmission of data over the internet involves inherent risk.
6. Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for:
- Ensuring lawful call recording disclosures where required
- Compliance with local, state, and federal telecommunication laws
- Informing callers of recording where legally required
- Maintaining compliance with privacy laws applicable to Client’s business
Provider does not assume responsibility for Client’s regulatory compliance obligations.
7. Confidential Information
Client-specific proprietary business information will not be disclosed to third parties except:
- As necessary to provide Services
- As required by law
- With Client authorization
8. Marketing Use
Provider may reference Client as a customer for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Provider will not publicly disclose confidential operational data, call recordings, or sensitive business information without authorization.
9. Cookies and Tracking
Provider’s website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:
- Analyze site usage
- Improve user experience
- Monitor traffic patterns

10. Children’s Information
